Assistance with improvement in a functional area involved with inventory planning, manufacturing, assembly, production planning, vendor management, customer order management, distribution of finished products, logistics (inbound and outbound), and post sales support.

The scope of this assistance will be determined with each customer based upon what their objectives are with regards to concrete objectives, short term fix versus long term improvement, criticality of the problem vis a vis loss of market share or customer retention.

Resource requirements will be assessed and additional skill sets and assistance will be brought in when needed through a network of third party alliances with reputable consulting firms.

Most improvement will result from process streamlining and alignment, in combination with proper Standard Operating Procedure documentation and training. This usually does not require much technology change except for more visibility to process performance and measurement.

Establishing the right objectives for each process is the basis for improved operational excellence. These objectives need to take the form of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that encompass the following deliverables for the process:
